TGV ANALYTICS
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
TGV Analytics, operated by Colin Sullivan at tgv-analytics.com, provides games and analytics, including Dylan’s Draft Room. This policy explains how we handle information about you.
Information we collect and use
Gameplay and technical information. We collect account or guest identifiers, drafts, attempted moves, evaluations, scores, timing, leaderboard results, review-suggestion clicks, successful score-copy actions, and visits through shared score links. Sharing and review activity is linked to the source run, even when you play anonymously. We and our providers also process IP addresses, browser information, and security and error logs. We use this information to run and improve the Service, restore progress, measure usage and performance, and prevent abuse.
Accounts and messages. Where accounts are available, we collect your email, account and sign-in identifiers, basic provider profile, coach name, and authentication information. We do not receive your social-provider password. Contact forms collect your message and any optional contact details; evaluation feedback also includes the relevant draft. Messages are stored and sent to our inbox, not published.
Payments. Where supporter payments are offered, Stripe handles payment details; we do not receive your full card number or security code. We retain contribution and subscription details, transaction identifiers, and any name, messages, or email you submit to manage payments and maintain financial records.
Match data. Separately, we use League of Legends match and esports data, including player and team identifiers, champion selections, statistics, and results, to train and evaluate models and produce analytics.
Accounts are currently limited to development previews, public supporter pages are disabled, and Riot account linking is unavailable.
Public results and portraits
Completing a ranked daily run automatically submits its result to a public leaderboard. Results may include your chosen name, score, ranking, timing, entry identifier, and draft details.
ANONYMOUS changes only your public name. Your run is still stored and its results can still be published. Others may copy or share public results.
Supporter recognition may display your name, public message, contribution details, and date—not your private message, contact email, or payment identifiers. Fictional coach portraits are accessible to anyone with their image URL.
Providers and information sharing
We use AWS for infrastructure, authentication, and email; enabled sign-in providers for login; Stripe for payments; and OpenAI for fictional portraits. Portrait generation uses random seeds and fictional appearance instructions—not your name, email, provider profile, or photograph. Loading assets from Riot’s servers sends normal browser request information to Riot.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, investigate abuse, or protect people and the Service. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use third-party visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
Browser storage and cookies
We use browser storage and, where applicable, authentication cookies for guest identities, sessions, progress, preferences, review features, and retrying score-sharing events. Shared links contain a random reference; we use session storage to avoid counting reloads as new shared-link visits. Clearing this storage may sign you out or lose guest progress; it does not delete server records or public results.
How long information is kept
Completed-draft records, review clicks, score-sharing events, linked runs, and related evaluations are normally scheduled to expire after 180 days. Registering a review again can restart its linked run’s retention period. Unfinished optimal-sequence runs normally expire after eight days. Deletion is not instantaneous.
Other records, including older leaderboard entries, are retained as needed to provide features, answer questions, prevent abuse, maintain financial records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. De-identified statistics may be kept longer, and temporary copies may remain in backups or logs.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can play as a guest, use an anonymous leaderboard name, leave optional fields blank, clear browser storage, and revoke social sign-in connections. Signing out or revoking a connection does not delete your records.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent where applicable; or complain to a data-protection authority.
Contact colinsullivan@tgv-analytics.com to make a request. We may need to verify ownership. For guest runs, include the challenge date and entry identifier if available. Do not send passwords or login codes. We may retain limited records for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons and cannot remove copies others have made of public results.
Security and international processing
We use encrypted connections and access controls, but no online service is completely secure. Our infrastructure is in the United States, and providers may process information in other countries.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information unlawfully so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy as our practices change, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
