Terms of Service

These Terms govern the TGV Analytics website, Dylan’s Draft Room, and related games and tools (the “Service”), operated by Colin Sullivan (“we,” “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and access
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Keep your account and access credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, access their accounts, or share private access keys. Guest progress depends on your browser’s stored data and may not be recoverable if that data is lost.
Fair play
Do not cheat, manipulate rankings, evade challenge limits using multiple identities, bypass security or rate limits, obtain nonpublic data, or disrupt the Service. Do not submit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, or another person’s private information.
We may remove content, invalidate results, or restrict access to address violations, bugs, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
Scores, public results, and predictions
Each challenge’s instructions explain its scoring and timing. Completed ranked runs may be published automatically, including your display name, scores, timing, and draft details. An anonymous name does not make a result private.
Scores and rankings reflect our challenges and models, not official League of Legends rankings. They have no cash value and do not entitle you to a prize. We do not guarantee permanent storage of progress or results.
Predictions, ratings, suggested picks, and other model outputs are estimates for entertainment and general information. They may be wrong and do not guarantee outcomes or profits. They are not betting, gambling, investment, or financial advice. The Service does not accept or place wagers.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit and must have the right to submit it. You give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the feature you used. This permission does not make private messages public. We may use feedback to improve the Service without compensation.
The Service’s original software, design, text, and models belong to us or the applicable rights holders. Riot Games and other third-party materials remain their owners’ property. TGV Analytics is independent and is not endorsed by Riot Games.
You may share your own results, screenshots, and commentary, subject to third-party rights. Do not copy, sell, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service without permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable license.
Optional support
Where offered, supporter payments are voluntary and processed by Stripe. Checkout states the amount, currency, and whether payment is one-time or recurring. Support does not guarantee new features, uninterrupted access, better scores, or leaderboard placement.
Recurring support renews at the price and interval agreed at checkout until canceled. You may cancel future charges using the online cancellation method provided with your subscription. Stopping use or deleting your account does not itself cancel recurring support. Contact us about payment errors or refunds. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account or personal-data deletion at colinsullivan@tgv-analytics.com.
Stopping use does not automatically remove public results. Retention and deletion are subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accurate, complete, current, secure, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and notify users of material changes before they take effect. We will obtain renewed agreement where required by law.
